Now with the acquisition of German company Daily Deal, Google may have its bag of tricks nearly complete — Sparkbuy (price comparison service) + AdMeld (online advertising) + Punchd (loyalty program) + Dealmap (one deal a day service) + Zave (digital coupons) + Motorola (mobile patents galore and handset expertise) + Zagat (restaurant reviews) + Daily Deal (Germany-based Groupon competitor) = Google-powered mobile phones equipped with ready-to-use local reviews, restaurants, and deals catered to your personal buying preferences, eating and outing tastes, and geo-location — which also let you comparison shop deals, rate the deal once you have used it, share your purchase & review with your friends, and potentially collect points/badges/rewards for every deal you buy.
